Poor customer service

The food is just okay. However, i am not vy happy with the services provided by a waitress here. We came in as a group of friends and one of them is sick (wearing a mask) and the other one is pregnant. When we get seated, we hv ordered food and drinks but requested for 2 glasses of hot water for them. The waitress insisted they only hv distilled or sparkling water n only serve some hot drinks like hot lemon water. So she refused to give my friends some hot water. Later, we found that another wa

The food is just okay. However, i am not vy happy with the services provided by a waitress here. We came in as a group of friends and one of them is sick (wearing a mask) and the other one is pregnant. When we get seated, we hv ordered food and drinks but requested for 2 glasses of hot water for them. The waitress insisted they only hv distilled or sparkling water n only serve some hot drinks like hot lemon water. So she refused to give my friends some hot water. Later, we found that another waiter has served hot water to the customers sitting at the table next to us.

I feel it is not acceptable that different staff here treats customers so differently. Also, i think it is vy ridiculous for the waitress to tell us that they serve hot drinks but cannot provide us with any hot water. Definitely i will not come back and would not recommend this to my friends.
