This is what we had that night:1. sweet potato tempura - the outside layer was so hard coz they reheated it using oven; not freshly fried2. salmon roe suhi - tasted like salty sticky rubber3. california roll - easiest roll to make on earth; sadly the condiment was so little; we only tasted cold rubber-like rice; no texture no nothing4. seaweed soup - warm not hot; served with couple pieces of really hard seaweed5. hamachi sashimi - the meat didn't look fresh as they were not transparent and look

6. bbq salmon fin - how hard could this be right? but no flavour and the fish is thoroughly cooked
7. crab roe cucumber salad - even a kid can make this - but sadly the salad was so watery and the dressing was done poorly; not enough mayannoise hence it looked like soup salad
When the restaurant AM (JxM) came with the bill, we expressed to him that their food quality was really bad and need improvement. JxM replied "no one ever complained about our food quality".
Dear JXM, please do due diligence and see how many "crying" faces the restaurant got.
We will never visit this restauarant again.
