Poor quality!

We have been here a few times. Today we returned after a few months and were disappointed to see that the quality has come  down.  Their listed opening is 11 am, but when we arrived at 11:45 am there was no waitstaff in the downstairs dining room. 15 minutes after we had been seated we placed orders. The only local brew on the beerlist was not in stock. The Eggs Benedict with Spinach arrived with a side of greens with absolutely no dressing on them; the spinach was merely boiled but had no seaso

Today we returned after a few months and were disappointed to see that the quality has come  down.  Their listed opening is 11 am, but when we arrived at 11:45 am there was no waitstaff in the downstairs dining room. 15 minutes after we had been seated we placed orders. The only local brew on the beerlist was not in stock. The Eggs Benedict with Spinach arrived with a side of greens with absolutely no dressing on them; the spinach was merely boiled but had no seasoning; one egg was poached perfectly while the other had cooked through. There was no salt or pepper on the table; the waitstaff provided Tabasco sauce upon request. And now several hours later, the person in our party who ordered the burger, has a stomach upset.  For the record, we had no complaints about the mac & cheese or the kids' burger or milkshake. However we will not be returning.
題外話/補充資料： Our kids loved to go there for the balloon man; he has been replaced by an (equally pleasant) balloon lady.
