Since the opening of Wagyu, we've been there about half a dozen of times. Initially, we were quite impressed by the ambience and the Wagyu beef's dishes. However, the quality of service was inconsistent, with over two third of the staffs being rather insincere and / or indifferent. But the worse thing of all would have been the [???wrong] billing. On two occasions, a few extra drinks were added to our bills; and when we found out after checking, there weren't even an apology . . . very very bad
