Ordered dumplings and tea at 3:50pm (off peak hours)Waited for 10 minutes without any service...Staff then found out they forgot about tea order...Waited for another 10 minutes...Only started to make dumplings then...Staff was eating bread and chatting the whole time...Food arrived almost half an hour at long last (unacceptable in HK standards, as this is a diner and not a restaurant) but quality was mediocre at best...Dumplings were bland and tea was no different than fastfood chain.Have always

Have always been a supporter of local shops but a basic level of quality and service is expected - this is worse than my lowest expectations.
Look forward to improvement, otherwise will suggest eating elswhere
