Specifically requested sauce for a dish that comes with none. They refused to send. No call to explain, just sent a dry bulgogi bowl. I had to contact the apps to get it sorted. They did eventually send another rider with a container of sauce. That was nice, but it was more the doing of apps than it was the restaurant. Food is halfway decent, but not worth the hassle.
