Simply bad experience as they simply have poor service. Gave us wrong foods and tried to blame us when their staff gave us something we didn’t order. We ate it didn’t know it was something we didn’t order but who would know given its Korean bbq and all the foods arrived at once. Then when we check the bill it was shown there so we asked why we were charged extra and their manager without checking with their staff just simply blamed us for not checking before eating. And insisted it’s our fault a
Then when we check the bill it was shown there so we asked why we were charged extra and their manager without checking with their staff just simply blamed us for not checking before eating. And insisted it’s our fault and they take no responsibilities at all.
I was fine with paying the food but just the manager’s handling was so bad. Basically bad attitude almost come as rude and offensive.
Think twice before going there!
