Today, I have lunch with 2 of my colleagues in this resturant. The service was really bad and made us angry. First of all, we selected 7 types of Dim Sum, after 35 minutes, nothing came but the staff moved our table aside in order to 'make' a bigger table nearby. Then when we traced our order, they discovered that our table no. had changed; they gave other 'excuses' that they need to make the dim sum for another 10-15 minutes; ok, we waited and waited. First of all, we selected 7 types of Dim Sum, after 35 minutes, nothing came but the staff moved our table aside in order to 'make' a bigger table nearby. Then when we traced our order, they discovered that our table no. had changed; they gave other 'excuses' that they need to make the dim sum for another 10-15 minutes; ok, we waited and waited. After 4 dishes, it stopped again, then we traced the order, then they said some of our dim sum were sold out! But they didn't inform us about it!!! The manager manner was also very bad, he said 'you already ate this and that la'. Oh, but still some more left after 1 hour and 15 minutes and some of them even out of order and he didn't told us about that! When we left, all of us feltl hungry and only angry filled our stomach!!!
By the way, the food just ordinary, and I have been there for dinner before, there are flies flying around..............
