I and my friends took a dinner in Wanchai shop yesterday. The foods were fine but the service was terribly poor. We do not mind the congested ambience but it was too narrow that my friend's chair was bumped again and again during she dined.We just tolerated until her chair was seroiusly knocked by a wooden plate pushed by a captain (not waiter), she was scared and screamed but the captain pretended dumb and left without giving an apology. We just tolerated until her chair was seroiusly knocked by a wooden plate pushed by a captain (not waiter), she was scared and screamed but the captain pretended dumb and left without giving an apology. We complained to the manager but of course useless - he also gave no apology and the captain even disappeared after our complaint.
Being a famous dining place in Hong Kong, I recommend Tak Hing Restaurant has to pay special attention in staff training, it affects not only her own reputation but image of Hong Kong.
