Absolutely utter confusion in this restaurant. Waitress took our order, we waited 25 minutes under a freezing cold aircon, asked where our food was, and after another 10 minutes of confusion, they realised they forgot to process the order. We did not get served food until more than an hour after being seated, by which time half the restaurant had cleared out and our neighbor who sat down the same time as us was already finished. We asked for 2 glasses of hot water, the waitress tried to pour it

Absolutely utter confusion in this restaurant. Waitress took our order, we waited 25 minutes under a freezing cold aircon, asked where our food was, and after another 10 minutes of confusion, they realised they forgot to process the order. We did not get served food until more than an hour after being seated, by which time half the restaurant had cleared out and our neighbor who sat down the same time as us was already finished.

We asked for 2 glasses of hot water, the waitress tried to pour it into our already full cups of cold water. They tried taking away a plate with a fork and knife, and tried to serve us our neighbor’s order repeatedly.

Absolutely ABYSMAL service for this price range. TRAIN YOUR STAFF FRITES. Or don’t charge your 10% service fee because THERE IS NO SERVICE.
