This is our 2nd time to this restaurant. We had a good experience last time - food was hot and tasty, though a bit more expensive.This time, my husband ordered a curry beef rice, I had a vegetable with pork stir fry. It comes with a miso soup and a drink. We both ordered green tea because their milk tea is just made with tea bag. My husband's rice was only luke warm, so he asked for some replacement of hot rice. It comes with a miso soup and a drink. We both ordered green tea because their milk tea is just made with tea bag.
My husband's rice was only luke warm, so he asked for some replacement of hot rice. He didn't touch the original rice and finished the hot one.
Food was tasty, but portion was pretty small.
We then realized that the server charged us for an extra rice. We requested to remove the charge, the server was not willing to do it. When we insisted, she eventually had the charge removed but handled it with very bad attitude. She even gave us a mean look to make sure we know that she's upset. We don't think we'll go back again.
