We had a very bad experience for lunch in this restaurant. Poor and super slow service!After we ordered the noodles, we waited for a long time, nearly 15mins, my friend’s noodles was served, but the noodle was not hot. Then after another 15 mins, I asked the waiter when my noodles would be served, because we already spend nearly 30 mins waiting. After we ordered the noodles, we waited for a long time, nearly 15mins, my friend’s noodles was served, but the noodle was not hot.
Then after another 15 mins, I asked the waiter when my noodles would be served, because we already spend nearly 30 mins waiting. The waiter just ignored us and just said it would soon be served, and then worked on his own stuff.
We were sad and told the waiter that we would like to cancel the order because we had waited for more than 30 mins. In fact, there were not many customers there, we could not imagine why it took such a long time! In respond, they immediately served the noodles to us without any apologize for being late, and we could see the noodles was not hot again!
We won’t come back to this restaurant again.
What’s a poor quality service nowadays! Lack of efficiency in lunch time and impolite service!
