This is my first time here … sat down at this coffee shop just becoz table are available, nothing about the decoration, food quality or so-called “services”. Writing this review is purely becoz of poor services! First of all, the waitress (with glasses) showed her attitude by telling me what are the “rules” of using coupons - if the owner is not happy with this coupon program, finding that making much lesser money, what’s the point of joining then? Believe that it is up to the retailers to participate, not mandatory. Just say NO to the shopping mall. Anyhow, they forgot what brings in by joining - clients - who support the business running!
Secondly, the coffee I wished to take is not available, the lady just showed me the coffee beans packs and asked me to take either one, not even to explain the taste / texture / my preference etc……thought I was expecting too much services which served by other prestigious coffee shops….this is my fault! 🤣
What you are belongs to where…..this is always true!
By the way, I checked out with no coupons.
