Have been patrons of the restaurant for years. However attitude of staff seems to be going down hill. Called to make a takeaway order and staff on the end of the line was rude. 1. I provided item number and name. Staff was impatient and displayed irritation that I did not give the full name E.g. #418 鱼蛋 instead of 鲜香鱼蛋 . This applied to the rest of the items I ordered2. I asked for the staff to repeat my order given that it was a rather long list (10 items with several requiring 2 orders) and wa

1. I provided item number and name. Staff was impatient and displayed irritation that I did not give the full name E.g. #418 鱼蛋 instead of 鲜香鱼蛋 . This applied to the rest of the items I ordered
2. I asked for the staff to repeat my order given that it was a rather long list (10 items with several requiring 2 orders) and was told off that I was being impatient and that he would anyway.
3. I asked for the total amount to be paid on pick up since the restaurant only accepted cash - and again, reply was curt and impolite.
Definitely an unpleasant experience.
