Popinjays is a bar located on the top floor of the Murray. The Murray is currently having a crossover with Kate Spade and, as part of the campaign, its rooftop bar is offering a special cocktail x canapé menu. With the relaxing environment and friendly bartenders there, I would say Popinjays could be a nice option if you are looking for happy hour in the CBD.
