— The demand for shaved ice here in HK is always high 😂 so whenever there’s a new spot serving kakigori you know I’ll be on my way to try it out! I’m a huge fan of anything strawberry cheesecake flavoured and this definitely did not disappoint! The strawberry syrup had a strong strawberry flavour and aroma to it without being overly sweet. My favourite part about this was definitely the cheesecake chunks and biscuit crumbs in the centre which were so delicious and added a great crunch to the dessert. Not the mention, the cheesecake chunks were so creamy and tasty! In comparison to the well-known Shari shari though, the flavours here are less complex and the ice is not as fine.

— Amazing! The mushroom sauce was insanely flavourful with a strong mushroom aroma, and the beef cubes were so tender and soaked up the sauces so well. The sourdough was a bit underwhelming though as it was a bit too soft.

— Wings were perfectly deep fried, giving them an extra crispy layer of skin. The salted egg yolk sauce was so decadent and rich, which went perfectly with the wings.

— Pretty good! Drink was smooth, and the hojicha was strong but not too bitter. This was perfectly sweetened too.

— Despite this being low sugar, thought this was still too sweet for me. However, the black sesame taste was really strong with a subtle nutty aroma to it too.
