They cooked the pasta in traditional way, just egg/ shaved cheese/ bacon/ black pepper, and the sauce reached the desired creaminess. However, not sure if it's because they didn't they didn't use guanciale & pecorino romano, the pasta is lack of the saltiness and meaty flavor and you may feel like it's simply egg yolk mixing with past

Still, the creaminess from egg makes me giving this pasta is 4 stars and what can I ask for from a mini coffee shop kitchen (seems can only fit in one person).

There you go! The Tiramisu that you see on every foodie's IG page! Does it meet with my expectation? Yea! The mascarpone is in the right thickness and the ladyfingers soaked with the right amount of coffee & rum which the cake wouldn't be too soggy but with the great layering.

The coffee here is good too. Love this autumn vibe pumkin spice latte. The flavor mixed well with the coffee and it's rich. Would like to revisit to try the their other coffees.

Hmmmm. I would say there are also other places that serves nice Tiramisu. And personally would prefer a bigger sized one for such price.

Anyway, would still recommend to give this place a try, when you are as lucky as me that you see no line in front of the shop. I was there at about ~12:30 on Sunday and I was the first one in line and waited for just about 10mins. The shop just have 5 tables and I saw a long line afterward, so I guess the ppl at the end may actually waited for at least 30mins or more to go inside. Tbh, there are lots of other choices in cwb.
