This time trying out the Wanchai outlet. Chef John Nguyen worked with Black Sheep Restaurants as the head chef of Peel Street’s Chôm Chôm. The chef was going to move to Vietnam but due to covid-19 he remained in HK and started this new restaurant. 這次嘗試了灣仔分店。 主廚 John Nguyen 曾在 Black Sheep 餐廳擔任 Peel Street 的 Chôm Chom 的主廚。 廚師打算搬到越南,但由於covid-19,他留在了香港並開了這家新餐廳。This time I ordered from the a la carte menu and pleasantly surprised with the dishes. 這次我從點菜菜單中訂購,並對菜餚感到驚喜。Love that there’s an outside area

There are delightful innovative dishes, drinks and desserts that’s really worth trying. I’ve got to head back to try other interesting dishes

CONS
Washroom cleanliness needs maintaining.
Tables needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly especially the side rims of the tables.
洗手間的清潔度需要維護。
桌子需要更徹底地清潔,尤其是桌子的側緣。
