After passing this full restaurant a few times at the weekend, we decided to travel on a weekday for lunch. My gawd, what a mistake. Tepid cod croquettes, fried local peppers instead of Spanish padrón peppers and dry, tasteless sliced roast pork, covered in some mushroom gloop. The manager proudly mentioned this was the best Spanish food in the whole of Hong Kong. We shall never darken their doors again.
