I have always wanted to try the noodles here but I couldnt find this shop as I went the wrong direction.Finally found it this time because I was at a tasting nearby so went in and tried the prawn toasts.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Prawn gralic on charcoal bread:Basically it was similar to the Sesame prawn toasts found overseas in Chinese restaurants but it had no sesame on top and they used charcoal bread.The taste was quite nice and the charcoal bread was quite crispy.It would be good if it was squi

Prawn gralic on charcoal bread:
Basically it was similar to the Sesame prawn toasts found overseas in Chinese restaurants but it had no sesame on top and they used charcoal bread.The taste was quite nice and the charcoal bread was quite crispy.
It would be good if it was squid ink instead of charcoal as it would bring out the seafood taste of the prawn even more.
On the other side, there is crushed garlic and butter.
The prawn patty, crispy baguette and garlic butter tasted quite nice together.

Next time I am going to try the noodles with ginger wine broth and the Mexican Turnip root dumplings (sa gort gao).
