not more than 10 mins, soup come first with the bread & butter: soup is hot but cannot say tasty, creamy but too much flour stick together in the bottom, while the herb is too strong rather than a tomato base bread is soft but also cold!)
ribeye is big enough to attract everyone, but the taste is normal, with a little bit meat tenderizer, the meat is too raw at all though sunflowerting can accept medium raw sauce is a little bit strange: thick texture with worcestershire sauce shadow!
combination of the side-dish: performance is yellow (smash potato with butter) & green (Broccoli & green sprout), if there is mini-tomato with it, it should be a much more better look!
sunflowerting, who is the last customer check out at the moment before finished the coffee: sour & smell without coffee frangrant equal to a fullstop by 10:40pm, what a quick ending by holiday! ~ beautiful songs in the air : e.g. Bread - If 1971 by David Gates

~ everyone can see this restaurant start those comment since summer 2012, but the suspicious fact is : extreme comment from both like & dislike, then the like x 3 comment all written by green-bloggers !
~ Ribeye (肉眼) ——
It is one of the more flavorful cuts of beef, due to the fact it comes from the upper rib cage area, which does not support much of the cow's weight, nor does it have to work hard or exercise. Its marbling of fat makes this very good for slow roasting and it also goes well on a grill cooked to any degree !
肉眼取自肋脊部貼近胸部的位置,此部位較少運動,所以大理石紋脂肪(即「油花」或「雪花」)分布較多。其中間往往有一塊大油花,就像眼睛一樣,因此有「肉眼」之稱。烹調時肉裏的油花給化掉,並與周圍的瘦肉(即肉身)融合起來,是以除了有牛肉的嫩度,亦有油脂化開的甜味,毋怪乎最為大眾接受。要注意的是,其吃來香口,但論肉味,則始終遜於西冷。
