Haven't tried Korean Beef for 3 months, and this time, we come to this chain store to enjoy a nice meal, as most others said that we can see some OPPA here, and have the real Korean style.. I don't have much expectation here, but started by having a nice Korean Beer first... instead of Beef... ha ha.. But later... when I see other tables ordering this special Korean Beef Set... I started to have some expectation, as it seems that we can really have a nice and premium taste of beef dinner... but

I don't have much expectation here, but started by having a nice Korean Beer first... instead of Beef... ha ha..

Premium Korean Beef set !!

But later... when I see other tables ordering this special Korean Beef Set... I started to have some expectation, as it seems that we can really have a nice and premium taste of beef dinner... but this shop seems not offering "BBQ service", and so, I will be the one responsible for the cooking tonight.

First by taking the Fatty Beef, in which the taste was not really oily, but the burned taste will come out quickly because it's thin enough catching the fire easily... I even want to make a crispy one, but afraid that the beef will be ruined.

Then we start BBQ the shop's nice beef ... which is plain in taste, and texture was quite soft... tender... I don't recommend to dip it with any sauce, but try to enjoy the original taste... as it is indeed quite complicated when you can chew it slowly... I like it.

The other part of the beef part are from the neck... which is on the other hand, much richer in beef taste... and texture is a bit more chewy... this one is good to go with the dipping, and the strong taste will still be able to enjoy... NICE...

This is one of the most expecting part - The Rib... much stronger taste, and somehow you can have the steak taste as well... and as the meat is a bit thicker, it can withstand a much stronger fire and so, can be done with more charcoal burned taste... which is really worth the waiting...

I also put the veggies on the side, so that the Rib taste can be shared among the veggies...

While we have also ordered a Kimchi soup to make the dinner more exciting.... but be warned, it is really hot and spicy... and it's really too excited and so we can't really finish it ... too bad...

While a Korean style pan-fried egg with seafood is a must to go if you want something to start with before the BBQ is being done... perfect to go with the beer too... quite chewy, but I would love to have more seafood inside it.. ha ha...

Overall, the dinner was quite nice, and services were good too... and the beef taste is still wondering in my head from time to time.. have to come back in 2 month time... Cheers !!
