Hey! IM Yogost (我是酸奶君) is something truly different than the other new bubble tea places in Hong Kong. Originally from China, this place serves yogurt drinks that are combined with purple rice. They then offer it with fruit flavors using actual fruit pieces. The purpose of the rice is what gives it a natural sweetner. Much like Japanaese amasake drink.Curious, I gave it a try.Menu is in English and Chinese. As it's take away, there is no 10% service charge.I decided to order the strawberry yogu

I decided to order the strawberry yogurt ($38). It came in a small cup. I loved it. It was like drinking Yoplait. Sweet but not too sweet. There was a firm taste of strawberry and there were still chunks of pulp found in it. It was thick and creamy.
Great new option from the other sugary drinks in Hong Kong. It felt healthy and it probably was. I'll be back.
