Pricey food with terrible service. We ordered a set for 5 and the food was just so-so, nothing's really impressive except that the shrimps were indeed tasteless.The service was terrible. We understand it was a weekend so that restaurants have to do business, but having a waiter stare at the table to check if you were done with the meal made you really uncomfortable. In fact the waiter tried to clear the table even though there was a bit of this and that on the dish (which we were planning to eat
We ordered a set for 5 and the food was just so-so, nothing's really impressive except that the shrimps were indeed tasteless.
The service was terrible. We understand it was a weekend so that restaurants have to do business, but having a waiter stare at the table to check if you were done with the meal made you really uncomfortable. In fact the waiter tried to clear the table even though there was a bit of this and that on the dish (which we were planning to eat). The waiter didn't stop clearing while you were picking your last bit of food from the dish.
Towards the end of the meal we asked the waiter to present us the birthday cake. Cakes from Arome Bakery and Maxims were not charged cake-cutting fees so we bought one from Arome Bakery. Two minutes later the waiter placed the cake on the table without even removing the box, so not to talk about lighting the candle. Lighter was not even given at the beginning. We did all the unboxing, candle lighting and cake cutting. I doubt if they would do these for you if the cake is not from Arome Bakery and cake-cutting fee is charged).
This was a terrible dining experience and we would not visit again (In fact too terrible that I have to sign up an account to make a comment). To those who are planning a visit to the restaurant, you are advised not to.
題外話/補充資料：
1. Do ask them to take away the side dishes (particularly if you hate cucumbers) as they are placed at the table from the start (And of course they are charged!).
2. Others' comment 服務九流 is indeed not harsh at all.
