Prime rib or beef short rib?They did a good job on both but like my previous visits, there would always be some kind of “problems” during the meal.Prime rib — tender and juicy. Roasted to perfection. Prime rib — tender and juicy. Roasted to perfection. It’s a must-have here but I wish they could offer thicker cuts. Their “Mega” cut is still not satisfying enough because it was so good. MORE fries would be appreciated for the overall price of this dish.
Beef short rib — good marbling and nicely chargrilled on the first one. Then they overcooked the second one. Why couldn’t it come with fries… or perhaps some bread for the roasted garlic?
They did a good job on pastas also.
For the price they charge, this restaurant could do better on their ambience (furniture and interior) and service (some staff seemed inexperienced). Still, I was surprised on how well they do on takeouts. Many guests/drivers were dropping by at dinner for pickups.
