It is quite remarkable how Princess Cafe initially started off as a cake and cookie shop in Central and Wan Chai eight years ago evolved to this dreamy restaurant.Went there in the evening and had the 10 course tasting menu.Before the dishes arrived, we were given this welcome dish with these lovely bites.+++++++++Forest pastorade:This was a refreshing start to dinner with panfried cauliflower topped with crispy thin slices of cauliflower in a vinegary sauce with pickled grapes and a hint of min
