Had been recommended Sanpachi from my best friend after telling her that I was ramen bender... Didn't know what to expect from ramen in HK, but after lining up at about 9:30/10ish at night just to get a bowl of ramen, expectations were set on high!Tried the spicy ramen, but also got sides of egg and kimchi to liven it up, and was not disappointed. I had been to another couple of ramen places around HK lately, but for now, this place is my favourite. Its just a shame its so small, but a side of chicken gristle was good enough to overcome the slight wait...
