Another colleague will be leaving soon and she treated us to this delicious treat. It was cute but I opened the cover a bit too carelessly and ruined the surface.The pudding ratio was quite large and the amount of syrup was just right without soaking the whole dessert. The matcha flavor was quite nice but I think it could have been slightly stronger.
