Surely we Hong Kong people are a special kind. Always want lots and lots of choices to fulfill our never-ending desires. Especially for Chinese Yum Cha don't we always want to choose from the long list and pick out our desired ones? This would surely not apply to this restaurant. The list ain't long for yum cha and tonnes of choices which could be offered somewhere else, sorry folks, there's no where to be seen here.The reason i come here all the time is because anything you order from the list,
The reason i come here all the time is because anything you order from the list, it is top-notch. No matter its steamed prawn dumpling or fried prawn dumpling you can simply taste the fresh ingredients and the chefs mastery. All in a very reasonable price.
If dim sim simply does not fulfill your tummy then the dishes might do the trick. The lemon soup they offer is simply outstanding. Personally prefer the duck over the beef brisket, they surely make them right.
Along with the sugar vinegar noodle I can say they really do master it. Made to perfection. The aftertaste of the noodles simply fights to stay inside your mouth. Tremendous.
There's also a lot to offer, from those who can't fork out a lot (like me) to those big spenders. Whatever you choose, simply won't dissapoint.
And service wise? Thumbs up.
