This restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decoration is appealing, and makes guests feel comfortable. The owner is a nice Taiwanese guy, who is always up for a chat, in Mandarin or English. He is taking his business very serious and delivers best quality food. The house specialty is Taiwanese beef noodles. According to the owner, the soup is cooked for 8 hours, and uses medicinal herbs among other ingredients. He did not promise too much. It was the best Taiwanese beef noodles I've had, including my trips to Taiwan. This one beats them all, especially for the quality of the meat, which was so tender and fresh it melts in your mouth. Also, the broth was extraordinarily good, and full of flavour. Definitely a must-try, despite being the priciest dish on the menu - 110 HKD.
Also tried 排骨麵,which was very good and less pricy than the beef noodles.
Portion sizes are generous, and they have a variety of beverages available, including several brands of imported beer.
