I wanted to eat something before going home and saw this restaurant which sells noodles with dregs of lard. I always wanted to try what it will taste like. When the bowl of noodles arrived, I was surprise because it looks different compare to what my friend say. There were all sorts of different toppings such as ham, Chinese mushroom and spicy radish. My friend ordered the same noodles but with imitation shark fin soup as well.
I also ordered fried dumplings, they were way too crispy. The inside was full of mince pork and chive.
