Came to Pacific Place for Dayo Wong's new movie on a Friday afternoon. After the movie was over , came to Sun's Bazaar again for tea! It is still offering special price for tea between 1500 - 1800. It is a super good deal!! Only HKD 68 for a set of noodles or rice!! The stir-fried minced pork mixed noodles with chive flowers and fermented black bean was very nice!! The Kiki noodles was not over cooked, and the amount of ingredients used was really quite a lot. Definitely not in a stingy portion,
The stir-fried minced pork mixed noodles with chive flowers and fermented black bean was very nice!! The Kiki noodles was not over cooked, and the amount of ingredients used was really quite a lot. Definitely not in a stingy portion, although it was only tea time! For a person like me who can't take spicy at all, this is very bearable! For people who love spicy food, probably it's gonna be a disappointment though!
The beef rice casserole was just alright. It didn't have enough beef in it, but I love the rice that was crunchy on the side!! Would be even better if the restaurant uses Japanese rice!
The tea set includes a drink. Chose a warm soy milk and added HKD 18 for Kiki roasted tea topped with raspberry cream mousse.
Soy milk was nothing special, but I like the roasted tea with raspberry cream. The raspberry flavour cream balances out with the greasiness of the cream.
Given it was a weekday, the restaurant was very quiet. Basically no one else except for my table of 2!!
Sun's Bazaar also serves wine, but I wonder how the combination would be like. My personal preference would be noodles with bubble tea kinda drinks!
