Quite a nice Veggie shop in KT

Another veggie dinner in this month... I found that I started enjoying non-meat food more and more... not only because of the healthy element, but veggie dinner often surprise me one way (the look)  or the other (the taste and texture)... Chinese veggie dishes are prepared as an alternative to the same meaty dish... and here we found some too.  But in this nice dinning restaurant, we can also have some nice Western and Chinese original dishes ... We started with the mushroom thick soup, which yo

 Iced Fungi served here are crunchy and rich in taste... and checked with the kind owner here, this is also a very healthy dish to improve blood pressure.
Vegetable Pot in Soymilk

 This is the original dish created by this kind restaurant, having the imported italian soymilk and organic tofu and vegetable, texture is interesting, quite chewy, with the soymilk soup, very rich in taste but light in the stomach... healthy too.
Sweet and Sour pork (veggie)

 I was not a super fan of sweet and sour pork, but it is also a dish recommended by the shop owner, and indeed, was a surprise to us.  Taste was much refreshing as more fruits can be found, but the exciting one was the pork meat - made with mushroom soaked in think egg... very much like the real meat texture... but without any meat element...

 After the fried rice served with the set, which has a bit of deep fried rice pieces, not too oily and portion is perfect for two.
Dessert - Water Chestnut Sweet Soup + Mochi

 Finally, the sweets served were quite nice too... quite original.  Mochi was soft and filled with red bean, while my sweet soup - water chestnut, was original and bring back some of my childhood memory.  Thank you very much. 
Forgot to mention that parking here should be quite easy to manage at night, and we can easily spot a place on the road next door.  Pricing is fairly reasonable... and I think I will come again soon... to try their western style - Pizza, Stone Bowl Rice, Cake,  etc.
