Good:-1. Fresh (dunno how fresh but at least it looks and tastes fresh)2. Proper thickness (every slice of sashimi is not too thick or too thin) (not like those super slim and almost rotten sashimi in "Yuen luk" and "Yuen hei")Something to improve:-1. Please provide a menu, which shows names and pictures of each kind of sashimi, for every diner,2. Please also show prices (actually it's not expensive so no need to hide the price)3. mmm...not necessary, but would be great to redesign the interior.
