Oyster ramen all the way from Osaka 🇯🇵🍜🦪 牡蠣白湯 (Koeru) $158: Super rich and creamy broth with fatty oyster and tender chashu. Can taste the pork/chicken flavor in the broth. Lime and perilla were added to give a slight refreshing taste to the ramen while balancing out the fishiness. The noodles were not as al dente and did not soak all the broth which was just right as this makes it less heavy/“greasy”. We ordered the soft boiled egg ($15) just because it’s a must to go with ramen, standard and nothing special. Overall quite a unique ramen and worth a try! (but not something that’s a go-to as it might be too heavy, actually had a slight diarrhea that night oops)
