Actually been to the one in IFC previously and had a bad experience at that time...since then, been avoiding it so badly. As last time I had in IFC the burgers were super salty, extremely long waiting time, customer service was bad, and ...just oh no! HaBut my partner wanted to give this second store of Shake Shack a try since it opened, because many of his friends Had positive comments after, so yesterday evening, we went, so brave of us hahahahaBut, I must say this second one that opened in P

But, I must say this second one that opened in PP is much better than the one in IFC! Location is good, the restaurant layout is much better, not sure if it’s bigger or not! But certainly the atmosphere of it, customer service is much much much better...have to say much 3 times 😬
We ordered a smoke shack single, chick n shack, and cheese fries (finally get to taste it! Last time in IFC was not available 😏) For the drink, I ordered the festive options they have, couldn’t decide whether to have the chocolate and mint or hazelnut milkshake, so I asked the girl at the counter for opinion and she was very very nice and helpful with a lovely smile...and quickly said hazelnut! 🤣 I trusted her, so ordered!
Food arrived (ready to collect) about 10mins after ordered.
I can honestly say this time the burgers are much nicer and it is what I expected! fries are nice too, just wish I could have more cheese sauce being a sauce lover haha. And omg, the drink, this chocolate hazelnut milkshake...so nice! I was surprised! Haha just tastes like Ferrero Rocher any FR lover, must try that! I highly recommend (though might need a couple of hours exercises after to burn that cal. Back off 🤦🏻♀️😆😂)
This time, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal 😊 in terms of price wise, of course, a little expensive for a fast food burger, I suppose now and again it’s ok 😝😉
