We had a japanese raw tuna dinner in TST. I ordered a set which came with miso soup, marinated vegetable, and a bowl of rice with three kinds of raw seafood on it. They are raw fatty tuna (cut in cubes), salmon roes, and tiny little white dried fish. It costed me about HK$100. Frankly speaking, the raw tuna was not very fresh on that evening. I don't know if that's their normal standard or just that's an exceptional case!? The quality may be lower than Genki or even supermarket, such as Ta

It may not be a good choice for those who seeks for quality food.
