Have dinner in 11 April 08 - total: 6 people. We order food 8-9 main course, FoodBeef + rice noodle came late - we must stop eating & wait (20 minutes). Cause first 6 main course we almost done - pigeon, porkchop, chicken with ginger, pea + mince meat. This was bad to keep busiiness client waiting. Rice came late.One of our client found the chipping of porcelain - small piece in food. Food

Environment
Karaoke singing & music came from private room, all client in lobby must listen the worse songs during dinner time.
Service
Table is not well take care by servers, seems nobody follows up each table, or section. We expect someone can make sure all food arrive & check any needs - here is bad.
Servers are not good in menu or food knowledge. She did not recommend the food or portion to our host. All staff looks busy for something & client not well take care.
