Passing by this bakery cafe once in a while, I sometimes would go in and grab a loaf to bring home. The bright orange decor makes it a decent (and seemingly healthier?) hangout place, would like to eat in some time.Anyway. Let's talk abour the bread.Rye & Pumpkin (loaf ~ $30) - I'd had it a long long time ago so now I don't remember the exact price but admittedly it's quite steep. It is of the typical sourness of rye bread so it's better to go with cheese or ham like what you do with your ususal

Anyway. Let's talk abour the bread.
Rye & Pumpkin (loaf ~ $30) - I'd had it a long long time ago so now I don't remember the exact price but admittedly it's quite steep. It is of the typical sourness of rye bread so it's better to go with cheese or ham like what you do with your ususal rye. The pumpkin seeds add crunchiness (and a bit of vegetable fat) to it.

2nd time round I noted a basket of bread labelled "Special price - Wholemeal & Soyseed (something like this) $15 only"! What a bargain! Grabbed one right away and it was good too! Quite abundant with the wheat as you can see in the picture. The texture was a bit on the rough side which I'd accept as I only ate it the next morning, but I was too lazy to toast it otherwise it would be even better. The soyseed (???) was some kind of seed I couldn't recognize...most probably I got the name wrong, it was kind of crispy.

Will be back if I see bargain items again.
