Got up quite late so select this one again.Various choices of salad greens. The broccoli salad is rare for a $100 level buffet. The celtuce is also only seen at thishotel restaurant.Still feel chicken feet not a traditional Hong Kong street food as it is labelle. But it is the only protein without frying (delicious though).No service charge for HSBC, HANG SENG, BEA, BOC credit card. Then it only costs $98 net.Things for improvement: found small insects flying around.

題外話/補充資料：
A western couple came and said they only wanted coffee. The waiter said ok to them but finally found they could not serve them as the restaurant is not a typical cafe. I do feel the hotel restaurants clarify the names (as many of them claimed to be cafe and bar but restaurant indeed). The waiters may also need to improve their English.
