🥩Australia Wagyu Steak
The steak is served in two rock plates, one is cold just to hold it and the other is heated for you to grill to the level of doneness you like. Its appearance is appetising and meat has a deep flavour of beef too. Yet there is a tendon area in the middle making some parts of it bit too tough and not quite edible.
🍝Mussel pasta with spicy and sour tomato sauce
Mussels taste fresh and savory but they are bit too thin and small, as expected from this price range. The pasta sauce is very likely made from Tobasco, slightly spicy and sour. Bit dry but not bad.
