My husband and I went there for afternoon tea on New Year's Day. We were very excited about it because from outside it looks like a lovely spot and the location is great. However, we left in 30 minutes because we were so disappointed at the service and the food.Service was not good at all. The main waiter that helped us was an arrogant and not-willing-to-serve mid-age guy. We ordered a club sandwich and requested no any type of sauce. Service was not good at all. The main waiter that helped us was an arrogant and not-willing-to-serve mid-age guy. We ordered a club sandwich and requested no any type of sauce. The waiter told us with his nose high up that the club sandwich already came with sauce on it. That's fine but he said in a very arrogant way with his nose and chin high up, didn't even look us in the eyes.
Food and beer was terrible. As mentioned above, club sandwich was pre-made / pre-ordered from somewhere else, not fresh nor tasty.
Beer was not fresh either.
There's no view once you go inside the restaurant. Hygiene is not good either. It's a restaurant with good location but terrible management.
We will not go back to this restaurant again and definitely NOT recommend it.
