I've been to this branch a few times and the services ranges from excellent to horrible.For example, their specials (e.g. sandwich, soup and coffee) seem to be available depending on their mood. Even when I've pointed out the sign is right there on the counter, they tell me they have no specials. They also don't know if they accept credit cards or not.They also do unhygienic things like they carry my coffee to me by holding it by the rim. Obviously they shouldn't be doing this; they should hold

These might seem like small things, but they consistently happen. It should't be like this. The staff should know what the specials are, they should know if they can accept credit cards / NFC payments, they should know how to properly handle cups.
I do like their coffee, and their chocolate chip cookies are awesome.
But the staff need training. Also, they need a better attitude. Half the time I go there, everyone seems asleep.
