I have visited a restaurant named “Watami”I had visited other Watami in HK. However, I didn’t try this much of poor service.The foods were not good and not bad. JUST food TASTE. The services were really poor, 1. Waiter or waitress seemed don’t give any effort to do good for customers.2. Told us to wait for a minute But hadn’t come back for a few minutes.Then we just eat.3. The noise they make, after they take the empty dishes, a loud crashing sound.I thought they were not trying anything for cus
I had visited other Watami in HK. However, I didn’t try this much of poor service.
The foods were not good and not bad. JUST food TASTE.
The services were really poor,
1. Waiter or waitress seemed don’t give any effort to do good for customers.
2. Told us to wait for a minute
But hadn’t come back for a few minutes.
Then we just eat.
3. The noise they make, after they take the empty dishes, a loud crashing sound.
I thought they were not trying anything for customers.
4. As customer, the hygiene of the restaurant was really really bad.
As you see the photo of Butane Gas machine, it seems never cleaned a single time.
And gas ran out after 10seconds, they didn’t check wether there is gas in side or not.
5. The Decor of foods, really??, seems like someone have vomited on my salmon dish.
And the salad looks like someone just put veges and a yogurt.
I, we, other customers, are buying services but
this restaurant’s services were really poor and don’t make me to come ever again.
