Although Maxims group started with traditional Chinese restaurant, but it always reinvent itself & give you fresh eating experience. Their latest new idea is #omg......can I say this is a name of the restaurant?If it has to make you say OMG, it must blow your mind.  The light is very special. Its a continuous folding of red metal bars. Something likes the arms of the folding lamps. Its all over the whole sitting area of the restaurant. The pattern on the floor echo the lamps. You can see the designer had put lot of effort in it.

Does the food #omg?

The egg wrapped fry rice with scallop & eel was delicious but not to the extent of OMG. The spring onions on top of the rice did really make it special.

 The truffle mushroom spaghetti was creamy, full of truffle & al dente. The mushroom was tasty. The plate was a traditional Hong Kong ceramic coated metal plate, which was very special for spaghetti.

 The milk shake is thinner than expected. The honey mixed with the banana milk shake tasted terrific. Although there was only few popcorn on top of the cream but it was enough. The peanut was stick to the edge of the glass by peanut butter. Peanut butter with banana......perfect combination! Really OMG!

The price is also quite OMG, $105/ person with nice interior, delicious food & good services!
