Please do not be fooled by the window display!! As soon as we walked into the store, the staff was extremely rude. We wanted to borrow a tray to carry two glasses of ice cream but the woman harshly refused and said "your product cannot be carried with a tray"...... The attitude was absolutely appalling. We ordered two glasses of ice cream, one was tiramisu and the other green tea. The real products were nothing like the pictures nor the dummies on display. There were no chocolate bits on the tiramisu one, there were only sprinkles of Chocolate powder but the one on the display was so different. The green tea chocolate started melting within the first 30 seconds, and within 2 minutes the whole glass became liquid form. There was also oats inside the green tea ice cream (??), at the end it looked too disgusting so I gave up eating it...it was really that bad.
To be honest for this price, it wouldn't even compare to a mcdxxxxxx icecream, terrible experience.
