Surprised to find this little store while wandering in Causeway Bay. Slightly needy in space. But friendly and polite staff - most of whom spoke in English. Ordered a pork ramen set that came with a free drink and a small milk pudding at the price of $58. The ramen noodle was cooked just so that it was springy - the pork soup quite authentic - the milk pudding did taste of Hokkaido milk. The coffee tasted slightly burnt - but that at least proved it was freshly brewed, and I didn't come for the
