I ordered pickup on online food delivery platform today (am a regular eater and love the food). I arrived on time for pickup, and stood at the front entry holding my online food delivery platform app open. Staff ignored me, I waved a couple of times and they still ignored me. People started lining up behind me, a staff member came to the front, walked right past me and talked to the people behind me then showed them to their table. She came back again, ignored me yet again, served the new people
She came back a third time, I asked for help, she said "okay" then walked away from me and started cleaning tables..... After another 5 minutes of her ignoring me, I waved and two staff looked at me and then continued to ignore me again. Not once had any one tried to help me.
After now 15 minutes of waiting, I walked into the restaurant and grabbed the food panda bag that had my name on it and was sitting their the entire time. Suddenly, the staff noticed me!! Finally. And came over yelling at me saying that I can't do that, "excuse me sir you just can't take the food".
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You refuse to acknowledge that I exist and then refuse to let me take it. I just walked out with it. Such a joke of service here.
Btw the "boneless chicken" had 3 large bones in it.
