Cantonese noodles originated from Canton and are made with a bamboo stick to compress the flour mix. The founder of this shop, Wong Wun Chi, learnt his trade from a famous master in 1940 and soon opened his first shop in 1946 with immediate success. Soon he moved over to Macau in 1959 and over the years, he was able to enhance the traditional skill to a higher level by carefully selecting quality ingredients. The shop in Central has been opened for several years and recently, they have just opened another one at the busy district of Causeway Bay. As the shop was very new, the lighting was very bright and can accomodate roughly 80 diners.
