We love teppanyaki and decided to come to this restaurant for Teppanyaki lunch to celebrate our anniversary. We choose to sit at the bar and enjoy the view under this perfect weather. We ordered two set lunch, which is quite reasonable, it includes grilled prawn, foie gras, beef slices, fried rice, vegetables and dessert. Ingredients are fresh , chef's skill and presentations are amazing. We especially love the A4 wagyu, it has strong taste of steak and of course it's extremely soft.
I heard that Wagyu fat melts at a lower temperature than any other cattle's, resulting in a rich, buttery flavor unseen in other strains of beef. This fat is also unsaturated and high in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, meaning not only is Wagyu more delicious, it's also more healthy. That's why it's worth to order wagyu 😄
Grilled foie gras & mushroom
We also love the taste of the grillled prawn, with just a bit of seasoning with salt and pepper, it already taste extremely good.
fried rice & vegetables
Chefs in this restaurant are attentive to details which is what I prefer in a teppanyaki restaurant.
Overall it's a wonderful experience.
